Aged in bottle for between 1 and 1.5 years, always at a constant temperature of between 12 and 14ºC, in the darkness of our underground cellars, protected from natural light and sounds.

Tasting note     

A lively greenish yellow colour. Star bright.

Full, fine mousse, rising well as long lines of beads to an elegant crown at the top of the glass.

On the nose, there are fine varietal aromas beautifully balanced by the elegant aromas of ageing on lees.

The palate is crisp and bright, with a long finish, reminiscent of crusty toasted bread, in fine balance with the light sweetness of the fruit.

Serving suggestions     

Serve well chilled, between 5 and 6ºC. A perfect aperitif, or an ideal accompaniment to pasta, seafood and shellfish, smoked fish, baked or grilled fish, white meats, and most rice dishes.

Storage recommendations       

To enjoy the fine aromas and flavours at their best, drink at a maximum of 2 years after disgorgement, and always store the bottle in a vertical position, protected from light and at a constant temperature of between 12 and 14ºC.
