Rosado Cava, pale strawberry in colour, and with a good, mid sized bubbles, rising well in the glass to create a good collar.
There are gentle floral aromas, intermingled with fine red fruits and a light hint of baking bread, from ageing on its lees.
On the palate is dry but is silky and refreshing as well.
Its acidity is well balanced with the body of this Cava.
It should be served well chilled at between 8 and 7ºC.
To enjoy this Cava at its best, it should be consumed within a maximum of two years from the date of purchase, stored in a vertical position, protected from light and at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC.
Shellfish and crustaceans, smoked foods, poached or grilled fish, rice and pasta. Excellent as appetizer, matching great with “tapas”.
