Yellow gold with hints of green, with a long lasting, fine mousse.
A truly refreshing, lively Cava, thanks to the excellent blend of the three indigenous white grape varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada which produce fresh aromas and flavours of citrus fruit, ripe melon and peach, balanced by light touches of baking bread.
The palate is dry and well balanced gentle acidity.
Serve well chilled, between 5 and 7ºC.
A perfect aperitif, or an ideal accompaniment to pasta, seafood and shellfish, smoked fish, baked or grilled fish, white meats, and most rice dishes.
To enjoy the fine aromas and flavours at their best, drink at a maximum of 2 years after disgorgement, and always store the bottle in a vertical position, protected from light and at a constant temperature of between 17 and 22ºC.
